Canine Services
Whether you select a suite, townhouse or penthouse, your pet will receive the same five-star dog hotel treatment! For Boarding and Daycare rates please refer to the location of your choice and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Guest Services
- We monitor your dog's behavior and keep a daily log of eating, eliminations and their general demeanor.
- Our room service menu has a variety of Iams pet food products. Each guest receives a "tuck-in-treat" prior to bedtime. We will gladly serve food that you bring at no additional fee.
- We will carefully administer any medication that you bring free of charge with the exception of injections, which we do not give.
- Each guest is taken out twice a day for potty breaks. Additional potty breaks may be purchased.
- Choose between individual or group play times designed to meet your pet's specific needs. One-on-one play time is reassuring for first-time dogs and is a great way for our more active guests to burn extra energy while some dogs like to romp with the pack! - What's a vacation without a trip to the spa? Whether it's a simple shampoo and blow-dry, or a full dog grooming, our groomers are ready! Please consult our PetSpa page for additional information.
Doggy Details
- Canine guests must be over six months of age.
- Proof of vaccination is required prior to your pet's visit: DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella. Guests must receive their vaccinations at least five days prior to check-in. We recommend that you consult with your vet to discuss any specific needs your pet has prior to visiting.
- All guests must be flea-free.
- We cannot accept any guest with stitches, bandages, casts, splints or wearing a head-cone. We cannot accept any pet that is pregnant or in heat.
- If we feel your pet requires medical attention during his or her stay, we will consult with one of our area veterinarians.
