• Our spacious two-room suites are complete with full-service housekeeping. We provide lambswool bedding to all of our guests.
• Our townhouses feature a toddler bed,TV tuned to the Animal Planet®, ceiling fans and a parkside view. A daily playtime session is complimentary when your dog is a townhouse guest.
• Multi-pet discounts. Additional dogs in the same room are 50% off!

• We monitor your dog's behavior and keep a daily log of eating, eliminations, and general demeanor.
• Our room service menu boasts a variety of IAMS and Eukanuba pet food products. Each guest receives a "tuck-in treat" prior to bedtime. We will gladly serve any food that you bring at no additional fee.
• We will carefully administer any medication free of charge with the exception of injections, which we do not give.
• Each guest is taken outside twice a day for pottybreaks.
• Individual playtimes are designed to meet your pet's specific needs. One-on-one time is reassuring for first-time guests and a great way for our more active guests to burn extra energy! Take a look at our playtime menu and see what's right for your canine pal!
• What's a vacation without a trip to the PETSpa? Whether it's a simple shampoo and blow-dry, or a full groom, our groomers are ready! Please consult our Grooming page for additional information.

• Canine guests must be over six months of age.
• Proof of vaccination required for: DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella. Guests must receive their vaccinations at least five days prior to check-in.
• All guests must be flea-free.
• We cannot accept any pet with stitches, bandages, a headcone or splint. We cannot accept any pet that is pregnant or in heat.
• If your pet requires medical attention during his or her stay, we will consult with one of our area veterinarians.
