GENERAL RESORT MANAGER
The General Resort Manager (GRM) has complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the kennel facility. As leader of the pack, the GRM sets the tone and guides the success of the entire facility. It is essential that he/she foster an atmosphere of teamwork, respect and mutual cooperation. The GRM must lead by example and demonstrate dependability, initiative and dedication to providing a quality experience for our customers and pet guests. Organization, attention to detail and great follow-up skills are critical. He/she must be dedicated to continuous resort improvement. The GRM must present an orderly, professional and well- groomed appearance.The GRM will have responsibility in the following areas: Pet and Customer Care, Personnel Management and Scheduling, Financial Management, Property and Inventory Management.
RESORT MANAGER
The Resort Manager (RM) will support and assist the General Resort Manager in the day-to-day operations of the boarding facility. He or she reports directly to the GRM. As an assistant to the GRM, the Resort Manager will be an integral part of supporting an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual cooperation. As does the GRM, the RM must lead by example by demonstrating dependability, initiative and dedication to providing a quality experience for our customers. Organization, attention to detail and follow-up is critical. He/she must be dedicated to continuous resort improvement. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The customer service representative's (CSR) primary responsibility is to provide impeccable customer service. It is essential that the CSR be a self-motivated, pleasant and dependable individual. He/she must be able to effectively communicate with all types of people. Organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential. The CSR is the customer's liaison to PetSuites and therefore must present an orderly, well-groomed appearance.The CSR will have responsibility in the following areas: Pet and Customer Care.
