Are reservations required?
YES, our reservation process will help us serve you better! We would like to know approximately what time you expect to drop-off and pickup your pet.
 
How far in advance should reservations by made?
We recommend that you make reservations as soon as you have planned your trip. During certain times of the year we sellout and reservations are given out on a first-come first-serve basis.
 
Do I need a deposit to hold my reservation?
We request a deposit of $25.00 for non-peak stays and $50.00 for holiday and summer stays. Each reserved room requires a deposit. Your deposit is processed at the time you make your reservation, and is applied to your total upon check-out. We have a three-day minimum cancellation policy. For example, if you are to arrive on a Friday, you must cancel by Tuesday, 9:00pm in order to obtain a deposit refund. You do not have a confirmed reservation until your deposit is received.
 
What do I need to check in?
  1. Shot Records - We ask that you work with us to get this information before the day of arrival. We take the health of your pet seriously. We make no exceptions to our vaccination policies.
  2. Personal Items - Beds, Chew toys, any manageable item that will help your pet enjoy their stay.
  3. Contact numbers - Where you can most likely be reached while your pet is a PETSuites and the number of your pet's vet in case of emergency.
  4. Medicine - We will be glad to give your pet any needed medication free of charge. We do not give shots.
 
Can I bring my own food?
YES, but we do serve IAMS and Eukanuba. We will be glad to give your pet any food that you bring for them. We heat with a microwave oven. There is no stovetop preparation.
 
Can both my dogs or both of my cats stay together?
YES, and the suite rate for the second pet in the same suite is discounted 50% as long as they are compatible and you reserve the appropriate sized suite.
 
Can I have a tour of the resort?
YES, we love to show off our pet resort. At PETSuites you can expect the unexpected! Once you visit us we know that you will want your pet staying at PETSuites the next time you have to leave them behind!
 
What are the names of the pets on your website?
The dog in the window logo is Elvis. The cat in the logo is Ringo.
 
Is the PETSuites facility air-conditioned?
YES, PETSuites is air-conditioned in the summertime and heated in the wintertime.

Our hours vary by facility. Please refer to each location for directions and hours of operation.
