What to Pack

Preparing For Your Visit

Here’s a checklist to help you prepare for your favorite feline's vacation:

☐    VACCINATION RECORDS:
Felines must have current vaccinations for FVRCP and Rabies.

☐    FOOD:
PetSuites provides dry or canned IAMS Original Cat Food. We strongly encourage you to bring your cat’s own food if it is not a variety we provide. Dietary changes can result in digestive upset. We can freeze, refrigerate and microwave food as requested. We ask that you pre-portion your pet’s meals in plastic baggies. There is no charge for special food preparation.

☐    TREATS:
If your feline is finicky and prefers a special treat, feel free to bring some. We have a variety of cat treats in our retail area as well.

☐    BEDDING:
We provide a comfortable bed for each boarding guest. You may bring your cat’s own bed, blanket, towel or t-shirt from home, but please be reasonable with regards to size.

☐    TOYS:
You may bring any toys that you feel will make your pet’s stay more enjoyable. Please do not bring any toys that are valuable or have sentimental value, as there is a chance that the toy may be damaged.

☐    MEDICATION:
We request that you bring your pet’s medications clearly labeled and with specific instructions to ensure accuracy in your his or her' medical routine. Please note that we do not administer injections. There is no additional charge for administering medication.

☐    IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Please notify us of any significant health issues and/or any changes in your pet’s behavior or routine. Your pet’s health is our first priority and any pertinent information will be helpful as we try to maintain a comfortable and safe boarding experience.

☐    EMERGENCY CONTACTS:
Please have two emergency contacts prepared for check-in. While we prefer to speak directly to you, we realize that you may need to leave the name of a trusted friend, relative or neighbor if you feel that you may be difficult to reach. Most often people supply their cellphone numbers.
