Definitely our Brittany’s home away from home! The Dayton staff and customer service is absolutely top notch. Service with a smile is a given and so refreshing. Hands down the Dayton Pet Suites is the finest full service boarding facility we’ve used for ”Ms Denali” over the past 14 years in 4 different states!

I have just picked up my dogs from boarding over a weekend. One of my dogs has been boarded, the other has never been boarded. I love the facility and will definitely using Pet Suites again! I’m glad there are weekend hours and I was amazed at how inexpensive it was to board two large dogs over a weekend!

My name is Miss Kitty, and I have requested that my humans post previous notes to let other cat owners know how much fun I have while staying at PetSuites in Dayton. The staff always tells me how good I am and how they like to cuddle with me. They say I am an awesome kitty to cuddle! (My humans and I already know this, but it is still nice to hear - especially when the comments are specific to me. Let's be honest - the world does revolve around me, and the staff already understand this.)
This note is extra special because I am sending it from heaven. After a series of strokes, I passed away on December 27th while my human Mom was holding me and keeping me warm with towels just taken from the clothes dryer. As I said my farewells with my eyes, I asked my Mom to thank those who had a positive impact on me, and the PetSuites staff was at the top of the list because they always treated me like the rock star I am.
My human Dad contacted PetSuites, and they sent he and my Mom a sympathy card. Being the loveable, special pet that I am, I thought this was nice. What I did not expect, however, were the specific comments written by the staff who really knew me. What business does this in today's world? The comments were also very specific indicating that I was really, truly, well known and cared for by the staff. The comments were so specific that it could only be me about whom they were talking. These comments were not likely in a computer database somewhere. They were too specific for this. (I know this because I was smart enough to walk on the computer keys when enough attention was not being paid to me.)
I will miss my PetSuites family a lot, but I know that my humans will continue to use their services for any future kitty they adopt. I know that Laurel, Emily, Katy, Sarah, Kristen, Monica, Kristy, Jen, and Paige at PetSuites will care for my future brother or sister in the same amazing and conscientious way they always cared for me. I will miss all of these wonderful people and the peace of mind they provided my humans when my humans could not take me with them on a trip. (Would not have wanted to go anyway because PetSuites was much more fun than sleeping in the car. The seat belt always hindered my movement - not good when one is a queen and should be allowed access to anywhere I wanted to go...)
If you are considering leaving your beloved pets at PetSuites in Dayton, please take my word and know that your four-legged family members will be cared for in as loving an environment as is possible outside of your direct care. Please also know that if your cats consider themselves royalty (as most of us are), the depth of the care, monitoring, grooming, and bathing (yes, we learned that cats DO like baths if done in the right way) - will exceed any expectations you may have.
I look forward to the time when your pets can play with me in heaven. Please know I am getting all of the details so I will be ready to greet your family when they eventually arrive in years to come. PetSuites has already established the standard by which we will all live.

Marcie spent the first 2-years of her life tied to a fence. She could barely get to her water bowl. She was so fearful of everybody that the Humane Society labeled her “a vicious dog." They wanted to put her down. I signed the papers saying I was adopting her "at my own risk." After several weeks of loving care, Marcie was a different dog. Marcie had huge separation issues at first, but after working with the professionals at Pet Suites of Dayton, she grew to love Doggie Daycare. Marcie was in Doggy Daycare at least 3X a week - for about 3 months. From check in to check out, the staff was so patient and gentle with Marcie that they won her over. Separation anxiety is common and the Pet Suites staff did not miss a beat in helping Marcie to overcome it. I will be forever grateful for how your staff helped to transform her life. Marcie is a happy and well-adjusted dog who now loves to play with people and especially with other dogs because of the loving care she experienced at your facility. You can feel the culture of the place the moment you walk in the door. Your lobby is clean and welcoming. But most important to me, is your experienced and loving staff.

This was my first time leaving my dog, it was very emotional, especially being a first time pet owner. The staff were so patient and understanding with me and LexiBella. The facility was bright and very clean

We have been taking our dogs to the Dayton PetSuites for approximately three years. Every member of the staff, including groomers, that I have come in contact with at PetSuites is FABULOUS. They know our dogs, their personalities, and greet them by name. I have taken the dogs to other kennels in the past, and PetSuites staff and facilities rate far above any other kennel we have been to. I absolutely LOVE the daycare on bath day. It allows me to run my errands without worrying about when I have to return to pick them up.

We were soooooo pleased with the service that was provided for Sammy and Annie. This was their first visit to a kennel. They are 5 and 7 years old, and they had the BEST experience for their first time. The staff was so helpful. When I called to check on them, they went and checked their charts and the dogs. It gave me such a sense of comfort! Thank you, Petsuites Staff!!!

This was our first time using Pet Suites or any daycare/boarding service & we were very happy. Bentley had a good time, the staff was super friendly, the place was so nice, & the location was easy to find. We were very pleased & thankful for a great first experience. We will be back!

Chloe is a frequent guest. She stays while we are on vacation and also comes for day care at times. She loves "going to school" to see her "girls". This past time, they offered to include her in a group playtime which she has never done before. They explained that they would assess her and see how she would do. I was surprised to learn that while she did okay, that the ladies recommended that she get individual play times because she "likes all the attention for myself. I don't mind the other dogs, but didn't have as much fun as getting loved on". I was so glad that we choose to try this out at a facility that truly cares about Chloe. I see this every time we take her and while I hope I didn't traumatize her too much with the group thing, I know that "her girls" took good care of her.

I can't say enough about the staff and the facility at Pet Suites. All the staff were fantastic. I honestly believe our pet had more fun than we did on our trip. When we picked her up and brought her home, she acted 10 years younger than she actually is. It was like having our puppy back again. It’s a great feeling to know that we can plan a trip like that and trust Pet Suites to take such great of her while we are away. I wouldn't even consider anyplace else.
