We strive to provide you the highest quality of pet care available. We take responsibility for caring for your dogs and cats seriously. We understand that they are valued members of your family. We have placed the following policies in effect to ensure that all of our guests are treated with care and respect.

Vaccination Requirements
Dogs: DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella
Cats: FVRCP and Rabies
WE suggest that you have your veterinarian fax your pets' shot records to us as soon as you make your reservation. All dogs must be flea-free.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR PET WITHOUT PROOF OF VACCINATIONS.

Health Considerations
We will administer any medication free of charge with the exception of injections, which we do not give. We cannot accept any pet with a headcone, splint or cast. These pets have special needs that can be better serviced in a veterinary/hospital setting. We cannot accept any pet that is pregnant or in heat.

Special Puppy and Kitten Precautions
Puppies and kittens must be at least 6 months of age to stay with us.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies
We request a deposit of $25.00 for non-peak stays and $50.00 for holiday and summer stays for each reserved room. Your deposit is processed at the time you make your reservation, and is applied to your total upon check-out. We have a three-day minimum cancellation policy. For example, if you are to arrive on a Friday, you must cancel by Tuesday, 9:00pm in order to obtain a deposit refund. You do not have a confirmed reservation until your deposit is received.

Checkout Time
You may check-in or checkout during any of our hours of operation. You will incur a charge for the day you check-in. Checkouts after noon (12pm) will be charged for that day's stay. There is a two-day minimum charge for any visit that includes a Friday or Saturday overnight. During holidays and Summer peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) there is a four-day minimum charge during weekends.
