The safety of your pet is our top priority. For our canine family members, we will need proof of the DHLPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza (H3N8 and H3N2) vaccines. Your pet must have at least the first round of the 2 part Canine Influenza series in order to visit us and enjoy all the excitement our resort has to offer. If your puppy (3-6 months of age) is looking to enroll in Puppy Preschool, please call your local resort for vaccine requirements.
For our feline guests, we will need to see proof of a current FVRCP and Rabies vaccine.
Personal Items – You may bring beds, chew toys, or any manageable item that will enhance your pet’s stay (while we take every possible precaution to return all belongings in good condition, we recommend cherished items stay at home). We ask that for your pet’s safety you do not bring any item that is glass or ceramic.
Food – We strongly recommend your pet stays on his/her regular diet to avoid an upset stomach. If you bring food for your pet from home, we ask that you pre-bag the appropriate amount of food for your stay. We do have IAMS available for your convenience at no charge and we will also provide all food and water bowls.
Medicine – We administer medication free of charge however we do not give injections or shots.
Emergency Contact Numbers – We request two numbers. We prefer your cell number and another number of a trusted friend, relative, or neighbor. Please inform your emergency contact that you have listed them in case of an emergency so that they are prepared to answer questions.
