Our Story: Built on Love and Trust
PetSuites began in 2000 in Erlanger, Kentucky, when founders Joe and Tracy Mason set out to solve a problem close to their hearts. As frequent travelers, they needed a place where their dog, Elvis, could receive the same love and care he got at home. When they couldn’t find one, they built it, creating a welcoming space where pets could feel comfortable and Pet Parents could have complete peace of mind.
What started as a single resort inspired by a family’s love for their pet has grown into a nationwide community of more than 90 locations across 23 states. While our footprint has expanded, our purpose remains the same: to create a safe, joyful, and caring environment for pets and the people who love them.
